All of our orders are processed the same day they are administered on our website, unless the order was placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next business day.
We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.
Estimated average times:
We depend on the times indicated to us by our suppliers and product demand. The delivery time is usually 7 to 15 working days with a estimated processing time to 1-3 days . However, we will inform you of the delivery time for each purchase prior to payment.
In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc...) or logistics issues, delivery times may vary.
Having a margin of 50 days for the product to arrive, if not, you can proceed to refund for lost or not shipped order.
All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse. Once it is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Why isn't the tracking information for my order available online?
The tracking information takes 1-3 business days from the date of shipping to update online. Please try to track your order after 3 business days to get your package status.
*If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package can not be delivered to be the wrong address, there will be no option to refund and a next shipment of the package will be borne by the customer and buyer.
