Refund policy

Pink Gaming will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

1. Orders Delayed.

Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from Pink Gaming warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may be different:

a. For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted 45 days after orders departed from Pink Gaming warehouse.

b. For Brazil, it is after 110 days counting from the date that order departed from Pink Gaming warehouse due to the strict customs clearance at Brazil.


Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.

2. Orders Not Delivered.

Pink Gaming will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

  • If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
  • Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
  1. Incorrect/insufficient address.
  2. No such number.
  3. Unknown recipient.
  4. Refused.
  5. Do not pick up in time.
  6. No safe delivery location.
  7. Uncleared customs.
  8. Others.


The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, Pink Gaming takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

3. Products Damaged.

Pink Gaming offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

Pink Gaming offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).

Please contact us via email to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Proof of Purchase
  3. Complete Shipping Address
  4. Telephone Number

In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.


  1. For damaged packing boxes, Pink Gaming cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.
  2.  For refund or replacement, you shall contact us within 30 days after package is delivered.


4. Incorrect or Missing Products.

Pink Gaming has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Pink Gaming will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

  1. For incorrect products, Pink Gaming offers a full refund or replacement.
  2.  For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., Pink Gaming offers a refund or resend if you provide a complaint including name, content and date.

How long does this process take?

Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for the returned products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be credited to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is reflected.
