Refund policy
At Pink Gaming, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. If something goes wrong with your order, please check our policies below to understand how we can help you.
1. European & United Kingdom Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal.
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable UK regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without needing to provide a reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your purchase before the end of the withdrawal period. You can do this by:

Conditions for Returns.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, without any damage, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and any other included items must also be returned.
Return Period.
You must return the product within 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Return Shipping Costs.
- The cost of returning the product is your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and keeping the shipping receipt.
Refunds.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The refund will include: the full purchase price of the product.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
Defective or Incorrect Products.
If the product you received is defective or doesn’t match the order, please contact us immediately to arrange a return at no additional cost.
2. For Orders in the Rest of the World.
2.1. Orders Delayed.
If your order has been delayed and is not showing tracking information, or if it’s still in transit after a specific period, we will address it:
- For USA Orders: If 45 days have passed since your order left our warehouse, we’ll process a refund or resend.
- For Brazil Orders: If 110 days have passed, we will take appropriate action due to customs regulations.
Note: In some cases, the package might be pending due to an insufficient address or it could be unclaimed at your local post office. We suggest you contact the post office directly to check on your delivery status.
2.2. Orders Marked as Delivered but not Received by the Customer.
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, we cannot process a refund or resend. However, we can help with the following:

Non-Delivery Certification: If the package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please get a certification from your local post office stating that the package wasn’t delivered.

Tracking Alert: If tracking shows an alert (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package, refused delivery), we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Note: Delivery attempts are made 1-3 times. If the package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to the post office and eventually to us. Pink Gaming is not responsible for items lost during this return process.
2.3. Undelivered Orders.
If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe and there is no proof of delivery, we will process a refund or replacement after reviewing the case.
2.4. Products Damaged.
We understand that receiving a damaged product is disappointing. Here’s what we offer if your package is damaged:
- Severely Damaged Products: We will provide a full refund or replacement.
- Partially Damaged Products: We may offer a partial refund or replacement depending on the extent of the damage.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. To proceed, we may ask for photos or videos of the damaged product.
Note: Pink Gaming cannot offer refunds for packaging damage caused by long-distance international shipping.
2.5. Incorrect or Missing Products.
If you’ve received the wrong product or something is missing, we will resolve it as follows:
- Incorrect Products: We’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
- Missing Parts: If the missing part doesn’t affect the product’s function, we’ll either resend the part or provide a partial refund. If it affects the function, we’ll send a replacement product.
Please contact us within 30 days if something’s wrong with your order. We recommend reaching out before leaving a review, so we can assist you further.
2.6. Additional Terms and Conditions of Returns.
Return Costs:
All costs associated with the return shipment will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund Method:
For all approved returns where the product does not have any issue (defective, incorrect), the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases in our store.
Product Condition:
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with the original packaging, and all included accessories.
2.7. Refund Process.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.
- For non-defective items, the refund will exclude the original shipping and handling charges.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit or debit card).
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank for more information on when the credit will appear.
2.8. General Information.
- Return Shipping Costs: For all returns (except faulty or incorrect items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Timeframe: Please ensure that you contact us within 30 days for returns or refunds. After that, we may not be able to process your request.
